Job Description

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting root-cause analysis to identify areas for process improvement, designing and implementing fixtures and jigs to support manufacturing processes, and collaborating with safety, operations, and quality departments to ensure product quality and efficiency. Your expertise in CAD design and process improvement will be instrumental in driving efficiency and reducing cycle times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct root-cause analysis to identify areas for process improvement
  • Design and implement fixtures and jigs to support manufacturing processes
  • Collaborate with safety, operations, and quality departments to ensure product quality and efficiency
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce cycle times and drive efficiency


Requirements

  • 1-3 years of manufacturing experience
  • Strong CAD experience
  • Proven track record of process improvement implementation with tangible results
  • Team-oriented and open to cross-functional department collaboration
  • Strong experience conducting root-cause analysis
