Job Description

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting root-cause analysis to identify process improvements, designing and implementing fixtures and jigs to support manufacturing processes, and collaborating with safety, operations, and quality departments to ensure timely product quality. Your expertise will drive efficiency and reduce cycle times, contributing to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough root-cause analysis to identify areas for process improvement
  • Design and implement fixtures and jigs to support manufacturing processes
  • Collaborate with safety, operations, and quality departments to ensure timely product quality
  • Drive efficiency and reduce cycle times through process improvements
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of manufacturing experience
  • Strong CAD experience
  • Proven track record of process improvement implementation with tangible results
  • Team-oriented and open to cross-functional department collaboration
  • Strong experience conducting root-cause analysis
