Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in human services or behavioral science with one year of experience in chemical dependency or a related field.
  • Valid State of Ohio LPC, LPCC, LSW, or LISW certification with one year of full-time experience in the field of chemical dependency treatment or equivalent.
