Job Summary

Action is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Intake Coordinator for its Central Intake and Referral work. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the Engagement Specialists, ensuring efficient referral assignments and data entry accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise program staff and provide training and development opportunities
  • Monitor compliance and productivity, identifying areas for performance improvement
  • Collaborate with service providers and community partners to ensure timely referrals
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency
  • Troubleshoot issues related to staffing, program assignments, and data entry
  • Extract data to produce reports on referral and intake activity
  • Represent Action in a professional manner to the community
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, social work, business, or a related field
  • Minimum two years of supervisory experience
  • Minimum four years of related customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Attention to deadlines and time management capability
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn database systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Visit Tracker, FileMaker Pro, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Early Track
  • Bilingual abilities
