Position Overview:

The Senior Vice President of Financial Operations will lead and manage the financial assets of Healthcare Solutions, enhancing financial processes, providing strategic leadership to the team, supporting the execution of business objectives, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and advising Catholic Health leadership on organizational initiatives. This role will also focus on optimizing daily operations and enhancing team performance.

The Senior Vice President will deliver outstanding financial stewardship and leadership, assisting the organization in fulfilling its mission and objectives, fostering positive relationships with external clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, driving the achievement of corporate goals, and upholding sound financial practices.

Effective communication, strong leadership, and exceptional planning and organizational skills are essential for this role. The Senior Vice President will streamline operations across multiple client engagements, efficiently manage operational budgets, enhance revenue, serve as a liaison to Catholic Health and Trinity practices, and strengthen relationships with external clients and partners.


Key Responsibilities:

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is mandatory
MBA is preferred

Experience Requirements:
Minimum of ten (10) years in managing healthcare financial operations, particularly in physician practices
Ten (10) years demonstrating entrepreneurial capabilities
Experience in developing and executing organizational strategies
Proficiency in preparing comprehensive budgets
Experience in community engagement and client recruitment
Expertise in financial reporting, accounting, and multi-specialty physician group revenue cycles
Experience in medical practice and physician relations
Oversight experience of third-party revenue cycle relationships
