Providence Critical Care Fellowship

Providence is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated RN to join our Critical Care Unit as a Fellow. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in critical care nursing, working alongside experienced preceptors and mentors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in critical care nursing
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence and professionalism within the Critical Care Unit

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
  • Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification
  • 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
