About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at GetInsured. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing technical support to our clients.

As a Health Insurance Enrollment Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping individuals and families navigate the complex process of enrolling in health insurance. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance and support to ensure a seamless experience.

In this Remote Support Agent role, you will work from the comfort of your own home, providing technical support and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

As an Insurance Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services. You will be the face of our company, and your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference.

In this Healthcare Support Representative role, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services.

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support

  • Meet or exceed performance and attendance-based incentives
Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the Training Period
  • Commit to full attendance during the 3-week Training period
  • Complete a background check and health screening
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required
  • NOT Compatible: Mobile Internet Service Providers and Satellite

Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center
