We are in search of dedicated Customer Service and Sales Advisors for our Service Division, specifically for our Quick Lane locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional and welcoming interaction.
  • Assess customer needs and effectively communicate automotive service and maintenance solutions.
  • Promote additional services through ethical and low-pressure sales techniques.
  • Provide precise estimates for repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs.
  • Oversee the quality of repairs and confirm completion of all services.
  • Inform customers when their vehicles are ready for collection.
  • Discuss repairs and associated costs with customers clearly and transparently.
  • Address minor customer concerns and feedback promptly.
  • Keep the Service Manager updated on all issues, including potential challenges.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores meet Quick Lane standards.

Qualifications

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Friendly demeanor and a strong customer service orientation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum age of eighteen years.
  • Valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods.
  • All candidates must successfully complete pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug tests.
