Position: Field Sales Consultant

Role Summary: As a Field Sales Consultant at Southern, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing long-lasting customer relationships. Your main responsibilities will revolve around personalized customer engagement, with a strong focus on direct sales and lead generation. You will also be involved in negotiating pricing and overseeing project delivery. This position offers a competitive base salary of $45,000 plus uncapped commissions.

The Field Sales Consultant will work closely with the regional sales team and report directly to the General Manager, contributing to the company's growth and success.

  6. · Conduct comprehensive roof assessments and offer professional recommendations.
  7. · Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial cost estimates to successful project completion.
  8. · Effectively coordinate schedules and resources to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for daily use.
  2. Basic proficiency in math and computer skills.
  3. Willingness to undergo a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) assessment.
