Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior kitchen management capacity, preferably in a high-volume hotel setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of current culinary trends, food cost control, and inventory management.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of kitchen staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, management, and guests.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
