About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Representative to join our team at Total Quality Logistics. As an Account Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting and working with our established Sales Team to drive revenue. You will start your career in an accelerated training program to learn the industry and our company culture. Once training is complete, you will become the dedicated Account Representative focused on identifying and growing new and existing business by presenting our customers with our newest transportation services 24/7/365.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Communicate with the sales team and customers to build and maintain ongoing relationships
  2. Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure pickup and delivery is on time
  3. Work with the sales team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing and rates
  4. Input, update, and manage shipment information in our state-of-the-art systems
  5. Collaborate with the support team to guarantee each shipment is serviced properly
  6. Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed
  7. Become a subject matter expert for our new transportation service
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a college degree preferred, but we have successful account representatives without one. You should have the determination to work harder than anyone you know, excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with the latest technologies. An obsession for great customer service is a must.
