Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Grid Networks LLC. As a key member of our Contracts department, you will be responsible for the administration, management, and retention of corporate commercial contracts, nondisclosure agreements, consulting agreements, and other tools utilized by the contracts department for effective Contract Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective contract retention processes, tracking key milestones, and ensuring the integration of proper contracting practices across the organization.
  • Conduct analysis and research into policy and best practices related to Federal Government and Commercial contracting.
  • Consult with Federal Government and Commercial entities on Contract Management matters.
  • Administer and handle documentation related to contracts, including nondisclosure agreements and consulting agreements.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support commercial business operations.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience working with Federal Government or Commercial requirements.
  • Experience in conducting analysis and research, consulting, administration, and documentation handling.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and prioritize high-priority requirements to meet strict deadlines and objectives.
  • Prior managerial experience and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with ability to work collaboratively with team members, including in an advisory role to program management, executive management, and customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with FAR, DFAR, or other Acquisition Supplements.
  • Industry or Government contracts certifications (CPCM, CCCM, CFCM, etc.).
  • Highly proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Understanding of Pricing, Finance, or Accounting principles.
  • Interest and/or experience in Vendor/Subcontractor Management.
