Parker Aerospace is a leading global provider of motion and control technologies. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer contracts for products of moderate scope and complexity, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
  • Define requirements, generate proposals, and negotiate pricing and terms with customers.
  • Monitor contract financial performance and delivery status, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned contracts, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement standard work processes, leveraging lean principles to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a focus on contract management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in contract administration or a related field, with a proven track record of success in managing complex contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration principles, industry practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in standard business applications software and specialized in-house and customer systems.
