Sales Director USA

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our USA sales teams based in Chicago. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets, developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, and monitoring sales team performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets set by the company
- Developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Monitoring sales team performance and providing guidance to achieve individual and team goals
- Recruiting, training, and onboarding new sales team members
- Providing coaching, mentoring, and ongoing performance feedback
- Fostering a positive and motivated sales culture within the team
- Collaborating with the Head of Sales to develop sales strategies aligned with business objectives
- Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Developing and implementing sales plans and initiatives to capture the market
- Generating regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed
