We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This hybrid position is based in Round Rock, TX, adhering to the Ferguson Flex schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage credit accounts in accordance with established protocols
  • Process customer payments, reconcile account balances, and generate reports on accounts receivable status
  • Assist clients with any inquiries or issues related to their accounts
  • Provide administrative support including copying, mail distribution, and record maintenance
  • Authorize order releases for accounts with restricted credit
  • Dispatch lien notices and certified correspondence
  • Update receivables and address uncollected payments
  • Investigate and resolve credit card disputes
  • Approve tax-exempt documentation and facilitate payment processing
  • Oversee collection efforts and follow up on overdue accounts

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in credit management is advantageous
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Solid data entry skills and basic mathematical proficiency

Compensation:
