About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at US Foods. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, easy, and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Restock shelves, maintain store displays, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving shipments, counting stock, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience required.
  • Minimum one year retail selling and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using general office equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
