Job Summary

We are seeking a Part Time Sales Associate to join our team at Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood, WA. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of sales performance, and contributing to the achievement of sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, including suggestive selling and assistance as needed.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales goals by maintaining a high level of sales performance.
  • Efficiently and accurately operate cash registers and computer systems.
  • Maintain and demonstrate strong sales skills by maintaining high UPT and ADS statistics.

Qualifications

  • High School Degree or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of retail experience.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Team player with initiative.
  • Excellent customer service, sales, and communication skills.
  • Time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to increase sales and store profitability.
  • An understanding of our customer, primarily women 35 and over.
