Overview
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will benefit from a performance-based compensation structure:
- Selling 10 vehicles monthly can yield an annual income of $55,250.
- Selling 15 vehicles monthly can lead to earnings of $97,250+ annually.
- Selling 25 vehicles monthly can result in an impressive $180,000+ per year.
In this role, you will be tasked with delivering outstanding customer service while driving sales in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and friendliness.
- Share product knowledge and provide tailored recommendations.
- Consistently meet or surpass sales targets.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues effectively.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve collective store objectives.

Essential Skills
To excel in this position, candidates should possess the following skills:
- Familiarity with Eleads is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to sell and upsell products to customers.
- Experience in the automotive sector is welcomed.
