Position Overview

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving vehicle sales while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This position encompasses several critical functions: personal work habits, client engagement, sales execution, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recognize that the foundation of our business is built on customer satisfaction and commit to ensuring a positive experience for every client.
  • Assess each client's automotive needs through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Showcase vehicles through demonstrations, including facilitating test drives.
  • Guide customers through the vehicle delivery process, ensuring they are well-informed about the vehicle's features, warranty, and necessary documentation, fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Set personal income objectives that align with dealership productivity standards and develop strategies to achieve these goals.
  • Report regularly to the Sales Manager regarding targets, planned initiatives, and performance evaluations.
  • Stay informed about incoming inventory, including features and accessories, and understand how they meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the service department to ensure vehicles are reconditioned to the highest standards and timelines.
  • Participate in dealership and manufacturer training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a systematic approach to prospect development.
  • Implement a follow-up system for owners to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Conduct regular reviews of daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly activities to optimize time management and planning.
  • Familiarize yourself with automotive terminology and stay updated on technological advancements in the industry.
  • Understand vehicle equity and values, and be prepared to explain depreciation to customers.
  • Comprehend and adhere to federal, state, and local regulations governing retail automotive sales.
  • Introduce clients to service department staff to highlight the quality and efficiency of our service offerings.
  • Adhere to all company safety protocols and promptly report any incidents to management.

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales quotas as per dealership standards.
  • Authorization to work in the USA.
  • Commitment to performing duties safely and responsibly.
  • Ability to successfully complete pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug tests.
