- Welcoming clients in a timely manner
- Collecting customer and vehicle details
- Accurately conveying all vehicle issues as reported by the client
- Assessing and suggesting necessary maintenance based on the vehicle's age, mileage, and service history
- Preparing a thorough and precise cost estimate for labor and parts
- Setting follow-up appointments
- Tracking the status of each vehicle throughout the day and keeping clients informed
- Ensuring the final bill aligns with the services rendered on the repair order
- Clarifying all completed services and associated costs to clients
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service advisory position
- Positive demeanor
- Ability to handle high volumes of work
- Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) focused
- Experience in Service Advising, Dealership, and Automotive Knowledge: 1 year
