The primary objective of the Client Relations Specialist position is to ensure client satisfaction, facilitate the sales process, and promote professional growth throughout.


This role will involve initiating and executing customer service and sales support as necessary to uphold a high standard of service and client satisfaction on a daily basis.

This is an on-site position, and Client Relations Specialists will be responsible for engaging with clients face-to-face.

Responsibilities of the Client Relations Specialist:
Uphold a positive image of the company and its associated brands at all times
Initiate and complete the sales and customer service cycle by interacting with local clients
Create an enjoyable, motivating atmosphere to boost employee performance and client satisfaction
Process sales transactions with a high degree of accuracy
Maintain regular communication with the Sales Representative team regarding objectives and progress
Address complaints, offer suitable solutions and alternatives within specified timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution

Essential Qualifications for a Client Relations Specialist:
