About the Role

The CERIS Operations Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the department. This includes personnel hiring, quality assurance, workflow management, and maintaining accountability of staff regarding production standards and department expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication of information to internal company contacts, clients, and providers.
  • Direct a designated group of employees in their day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor quality control of results per employee and the entire unit overall.
  • Ensure metrics are in compliance daily.
  • Track and report department metrics to the Director of Operations on a monthly basis or as required.
  • Handle scheduling and monitoring of staff's attendance.
  • Ensure timely distribution of claims to designated staff to meet Client SLA's.
  • Responsible for human resources matters directly related to the department supervised.
  • Reports any issues to the Operations Manager when necessary.
  • Responsible for ensuring evaluations are completed on time.
  • Requires regular and consistent attendance in-house.
  • Comply with all safety rules and regulations during work hours in conjunction with the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP).
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance policies.
  • May be required to travel overnight and attend meetings.
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly reviews of various reports, invoices, logs, and expenses.
Requirements
  • Good computer and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, mainly Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • The ability to work independently, as well as, with a team.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced/production-based environment.
  • Effective communication with others.
