Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Formulate comprehensive project plans that encompass scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource allocations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, engineering teams, and manufacturing, to clarify project specifications and ensure alignment.
  • Establish and oversee project timelines, milestones, and critical paths.
  • Identify and address potential risks and challenges that could affect project advancement.
  • Conduct regular briefings to provide updates on project status and resolve any issues or concerns.
Budget and Cost Management:
  • Develop and oversee project budgets, monitoring expenditures and ensuring compliance with financial estimates.
  • Track financial performance, pinpoint cost-saving opportunities, and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Assess project variations or change requests, evaluate their impact on budget and timeline, and offer recommendations.
Project Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain precise project documentation, including plans, specifications, progress reports, meeting notes, and technical records.
  • Generate project reports that highlight key milestones, budget status, and any deviations from the initial plan.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing expectations.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, reports, and participate in client meetings or presentations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly within electrical power initiatives.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of electrical power systems, equipment, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
