Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Formulate comprehensive project plans that encompass scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, engineering teams, and manufacturing units, to clarify project requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Develop and oversee project timelines, milestones, and critical paths.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges that could affect project timelines and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular meetings to update stakeholders on project status and address any concerns.
Budget and Cost Management:
  • Establish and oversee project budgets, monitoring expenditures to ensure compliance with financial estimates.

  • Assess project variations or change requests, evaluate their implications on budget and schedule, and provide informed recommendations.
Documentation and Reporting:

  • Generate project reports that highlight key milestones, budget status, and any deviations from the original plan.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing expectations.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress and participate in client meetings or presentations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly within electrical power projects.
  • Comprehensive understanding of electrical power systems, equipment, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Salary Information:

Compensation ranges from $98,000 to $145,000 annually, with flexibility for candidates with varying levels of experience. Starting pay and title are determined based on location and job-related factors such as experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
