Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Electrical Engineer specializing in Power Systems to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful execution of electrical engineering tasks within an LNG facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with EPC and client personnel.
- Oversee contractor performance and adherence to project technical specifications.
- Leverage expertise in LNG Power Island and BOP design, ensuring compliance with relevant US codes.
- Address multi-discipline technical challenges by coordinating with other engineering teams.
- Maintain the technical integrity of electrical engineering designs, including:
- Area Classifications
- Load Flow and Short Circuit Studies
- Motor Starting and Protection Coordination Studies
- AC and DC Arc Flash Studies
- Grounding and Lightning Protection Studies
- Development of Single Line Diagrams and Schematics
- Design of Protection Systems and UPS Systems
- Cable and Battery Sizing Calculations
- Respond to technical inquiries and RFIs from contractors.
- Participate in design reviews, ensuring readiness and compliance with project standards.
- Monitor changes against the established project scope.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in an EPC environment, with a preference for candidates holding a PE license.
- Proven experience leading medium to large multi-discipline projects, particularly in LNG.
- Strong background in the design of Power Island facilities and Power Systems studies.
- Familiarity with applicable codes and standards is essential.
