Member Relations Consultant

The Member Relations Consultant role at The Summit Federal Credit Union focuses on delivering outstanding service to members by addressing their financial aspirations and requirements. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to members and effectively resolve inquiries

  • Support branch operations and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Facilitate the opening of new accounts and assist with loan processing
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • At least two to three years of experience in a senior teller capacity
  • Comprehensive understanding of credit union policies and practices
  • Exceptional communication and sales abilities
  • Proficient in utilizing various financial tools and technologies
Licensure Requirements
  • Must be eligible to register as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO)
  • Candidates will undergo a credit check and fingerprinting process
