Job Summary
The Intersect Group is seeking a contract Teller/Personal Banker to work for our direct client for 5+ months and help manage the day-to-day operations of their customer-centric bank branches in Richardson & Plano.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by executing relationship management strategies and performing efficient and accurate banking transactions.
- Identify customer needs and refer them to relevant solutions, services, and experts within the bank.
- Proactively engage with customers through phone calls and outreach activities to build strong relationships.
- Develop a deep understanding of consumer and small business solutions and service offerings to provide expert advice.
- Handle all banking transactions, teller activity, and client requests with exceptional customer service.
- Open new accounts, coordinate legal documentation, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Participate in community events to increase bank outreach and foster new business opportunities.
- Assist management with operational duties and responsibilities.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years banking center experience, including customer service, relationship management, and cash handling.
- Knowledge of banking products and services, including deposits, lending, and other financial services.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional experience anticipating customer concerns and analyzing processes for improvement.
- Proficient knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented and influential, with the ability to establish positive working relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong phone communication skills.
