**Job Summary**

The Residential Account Director is a key member of our Sales Team at Orlando Telephone Company Inc, responsible for selling our cutting-edge fiber-based broadband services to new residential bulk communities in the Southwest Florida area. This role requires a strong sales background in Information Technology, excellent public speaking and presentation skills, and the ability to articulate the value proposition for our unique position in the market.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Sell the full suite of services to bulk MDU's, including residential broadband, commercial services, and hospitality technology solutions.
  • Prepare documentation of sales orders and arrange for installation dates to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Assure customer satisfaction through follow-up and maintain required records and reports of all sales and service activities.
  • Generate new lead sources and develop new networking relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Qualify sales opportunities and align internal resources for proper sales support.
  • Provide data needed to analyze ROI on opportunities and forecast and budget residential bulk revenue.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including engineering, customer operations, and construction, to ensure new opportunities and sold solutions stay on schedule with Service Delivery.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Strong sales experience in Information Technology is preferred.
  • Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills are essential.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce a plus.
  • Must be able to pass criminal and drug testing.
  • Must have a clear driving record.
  • Must keep current auto insurance with 250,000/500,000 coverage at all times throughout employment.
