Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings, and ensure that all necessary materials are available.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing systems and databases.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary and benefits package.
