Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately apply cash receipts in the booking subledger to the corresponding client bookings promptly.
  • Oversee the receipt of cash, checks, wires, and ACH payments from clients and buyers.
  • Investigate any unapplied cash related to client bookings.
  • Reconcile cash receipts documentation with booking details.
  • Analyze discrepancies between bookings and cash receipts.
  • Support other team members responsible for client receivable documentation.
  • Respond to inquiries from stakeholders.
  • Assist with various ad hoc requests as needed.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounting.
  • Experience in the Entertainment or Banking sectors is highly desirable.
  • Background in customer service is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, capable of explaining accounting principles and details.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.
