Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Associate and Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve customer engagement.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and coach team members to improve sales skills.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in a retail store.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States if hired.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
  • Strong capability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Be physically able to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
  • Be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
  • Significant amount of work is performed indoors, but there are times when extended periods of work may be performed outside.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 20 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes of workday.
  • Ability to occasionally climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials, and/or place or remove signage.
