Overview:

We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations within a corporate dining environment. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring the highest quality of food for our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the corporate cafeteria operations in alignment with the approved budget, maximizing value for our clients.
2. Ensure that all food served meets our high standards of quality.
3. Foster and maintain strong relationships with employees, guests, and clients, as well as collaborate effectively with other departments.

Preferred Qualifications:
- An Associate's Degree is preferred.
- A minimum of two to four years of experience in fine dining restaurant management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and wine, including pairings.
- Experience in operations management with a solid understanding of purchasing.
- Excellent communication and computer skills, particularly with MS Office products.
- ServSafe Certification is preferred.
