Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our internal marketing team and external partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic marketing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement creative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct strategic marketing research and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to expand our brand presence in existing and new markets
  • Manage our communications strategy, partnering with external agencies to tell our story
  • Lead a team of Brand Managers and Ambassadors, providing guidance and support to achieve marketing goals
  • Collaborate with our sales organization to develop and execute marketing plans
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years of strategic marketing experience
  • Proven track record of managing remote teams and developing marketing strategies
  • Excellent organizational and management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to travel regularly, with a strong understanding of the beverage industry
