Key Responsibilities
  • Client Education & Enrollment: Assist clients in understanding their Medicare choices and facilitate a smooth enrollment process.
  • Exceptional Service: Deliver outstanding service that fosters client loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and surpass sales objectives with integrity and enthusiasm.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate enduring relationships to secure renewals and referrals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about Medicare regulations and product offerings.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside a dedicated team committed to enhancing the narrative surrounding aging.
Qualifications
  • Licensure: Must hold an active license in good standing to sell health insurance.
  • Experience: A minimum of one Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) experience with a proven sales record.
  • Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in English and another language is preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM systems and virtual communication tools.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to thrive in a remote work setting, setting and achieving personal goals.
  • Passion for Service: A genuine desire to help individuals improve their lives through informed choices.
