Position Overview:

The Enrollment Services Associate is essential in assisting our new member clients to assess eligibility and execute various enrollment tasks. This role requires effective communication with both individual plan members and employer groups, emphasizing precise and prompt customer support to guarantee client enrollment and retention. The Enrollment Services Associate will report directly to the Enrollment Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement fixture and merchandise layouts that accurately represent the necessary product mix tailored to store demographics and clientele. This includes identifying stores within a growing array of cluster definitions (such as ethnicity, affluence, geography, etc.) that ultimately facilitate automated product replenishment.
  • Independently prioritize and manage scheduled tasks to ensure timely project completion. Analyze, prioritize, and summarize data, comparing it to company standards to identify opportunities on a store-specific basis. Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to validate store-specific analysis (e.g., sales, competition, clientele demographics, etc.) to maximize individual store profitability and confirm product mix, category adjacency, and service issues in relation to customer needs.
  • Support corporate expense management by overseeing the impact of layout modifications in relation to established budget guidelines.
  • Propose alternative strategies as necessary and communicate any incremental scope of work and associated costs to field management and project partners. Collaborate with the Construction team and external vendor architects to create innovative merchandising solutions for unique store locations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience with Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines for Medicare Part D enrollment processes or previous experience in a regulatory environment.
  • Dependable, responsible, and accountable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to navigate transitions while fostering a positive team atmosphere.
  • Confident decision-making abilities within strict timelines.
  • Exceptional prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Acts with integrity and exercises sound judgment when handling confidential information.

Education:

A verifiable High School diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing is preferred.

Skills:

Experience in call center operations, Medicare, and Medicaid.
