Your Role

We are expanding our advisory team, and in this position, you will have a profound impact on our members' lives by helping them save significantly on medical expenses and ensuring their financial security during retirement. As a Medicare expert, you will engage with our members, providing guidance and support throughout their Medicare journey. Our Advisors deliver a high level of service using our proprietary technology to assist retirees in finding the best coverage year after year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate seniors' Medicare requirements with professionalism and empathy.
  • Deliver prompt and effective service through various communication channels.
  • Utilize Chapter's software to explore plan options for seniors.
  • Exhibit strong prioritization skills to identify critical needs.
  • Educate and guide clients towards the most suitable insurance coverage.
About You
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently while fostering collaboration.
  • Active life and health license or a willingness to train for licensure.
  • Proficient with technology and computer systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medicare sales.

Compensation

The salary for this position is competitive, with a base pay and an uncapped commission structure, allowing for significant earning potential based on performance.
