Job Title: Clinical Services Associate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to our clinical teams
  • Assist with medical procedures and administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence
Requirements:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
  • CMA or RMA certification
  • MA certification within 90 days of hire
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of medical office experience or customer service experience
