Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to our clinical teams, ensuring a positive patient experience.
  • Assist with medical procedures, including phlebotomy, EKGs, and other outpatient screening tests.
  • Manage patient flow, coordinate appointments, and ensure timely communication with patients and healthcare providers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic and insurance information.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • CMA or RMA certification required.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required.
  • MA certification required within 90 days of hire.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
