Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional patient care and support to our clinical teams, ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Assist with medical procedures, including phlebotomy, EKGs, and other outpatient screening tests.
- Manage patient flow, coordinate appointments, and ensure timely communication with patients and healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic and insurance information.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and resolve any issues that may arise.
- CMA or RMA certification required.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required.
- MA certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
