Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes #230. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with diverse people and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for their experience.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to educate guests on our cake options, pricing, and promotions, making informed recommendations to enhance their celebration.
  • Process orders efficiently and accurately, using technology to streamline transactions and ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Uphold a clean and organized bakery presentation, adhering to health and safety guidelines and company standards.
  • Replenish retail merchandise and cake display case to maintain a strong visual appeal.
  • Assist the Crafter in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
