Regional Vice President of Operations

Meritage Hospitality Group, a leading restaurant operator, is seeking a seasoned Regional Vice President of Operations to drive business growth and excellence across our Wendy's operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set performance standards for markets and drive change in leadership, systems, and processes to improve restaurant efficiency.
  • Oversee nearly 200 Wendy's restaurants across 9 states, ensuring profitability targets are achieved.
  • Define business standards and develop Area Directors to lead as strong business operators.
  • Lead succession management for markets and coordinate efforts with other departments to remove potential barriers for success.
  • Manage territory districting and assignment of leaders to restaurant groupings.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of multi-unit leadership experience with a proven track record of business results and people development.
  • Experience with QSR, Wendy's strongly preferred.
  • Strong independent thinking skills, effective project management skills, and ability to present data effectively.
  • Able to understand P&L documentation and set budgets.
  • Long-term planning for Operational needs, construction projects, sales projections, and people planning.
