Job Summary

Parallel LLC is seeking a highly skilled Regional Admissions Director to oversee the admissions process across multiple senior living facilities within a specific region. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth operations that support potential residents and their families during the decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a positive and informative first impression to all prospective residents and their families.
  • Write and send follow-up letters and notes to inquiries.
  • Maintain and utilize a system for tracking leads and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate and facilitate all move-in activities, working collaboratively with the Executive Director and Resident Care Manager to ensure smooth and timely resident move-ins.
  • Utilize computer software to maintain accurate and timely detailed information regarding inquiries, move-in ratios, move-in reasons, and other relevant data.
  • Track and maintain waiting lists and future interest lists, as well as organize vacancies to ensure a quick and efficient move-in process.
  • Conduct individual and group tours of the community as requested.
  • Maintain open communication with facility personnel and Regional Management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Perform job duties in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Take initiative to ensure resident safety and satisfaction is a priority.
  • Meet and greet visitors in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Answer phones according to company and community standards.
  • Communicate professionally and cooperate with supervisor and all community personnel.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction, sharing results with the Executive Director and Regional Director of Operations.
  • Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents' rights.
  • Attend training sessions as directed by supervisor.
  • Follow and communicate company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience with senior living preferred.
  • Experience in sales.
  • Moderate computer knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate and document in English.
  • Must be able to verify eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Must have a current TB test and Physical (if required by the position).

Working Conditions / Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to work some weekends as needed.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds and support 100 pounds.
  • Kneel, crouch, and bend frequently.
  • Must be able to stand for entire shift.
