As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the front office, supervising administrative staff, and implementing office policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee front-office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage the reception area and greet visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance to support daily operations
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and mentorship
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to uphold organizational standards and compliance
- Answer phones and take calls from existing clients and potential clients
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in office management or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Teams
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- At least an associate's degree but preferably a bachelor's degree
What We Offer
A competitive salary range of $35,000 to $70,000 and a dynamic work environment where your organizational skills and attention to detail will be valued.
