About the Role:
The General Manager is a key leadership position responsible for the overall success of the hotel. This includes managing the hotel's operations, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the hotel's operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and engineering departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance, including revenue growth, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage the hotel's budget and financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of progressive experience in hotel management, including experience in front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and engineering departments.
- Proven track record of success in hotel management, including experience in revenue growth, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and management skills, including experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience in communicating with guests, employees, and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly and effectively.
