The Brokerage Analyst role offers a unique opportunity to delve into the dynamic commercial real estate sector, guided by an experienced Executive Vice President.

This position acts as a vital support to a brokerage team that represents a leading, nationally expanding entertainment brand.

The Brokerage Analyst will gain insights and engage in a nationwide real estate site selection process, contribute to the development and refinement of national strategies for the client, and understand the structure and negotiation of development projects.


Key Responsibilities:


Maintain and update tracking databases pertinent to the client, including letters of intent, new site inquiries, competitor analysis, travel arrangements, and other elements related to the site selection process.

Facilitate and oversee communication between the client and the national brokerage network to ensure the timely preparation and delivery of materials required for Real Estate Committee meetings, Board of Director meetings, and other critical deadlines.

Create and organize travel itineraries (flights, accommodations, etc.) and presentation materials in collaboration with the national brokerage network.

Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Google Earth and mapping tools
Located in Houston and available for daily office attendance
Willingness to travel
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Effective communicator across all channels (email, text, phone)
Possession of a Texas Real Estate License (can be obtained post-hire)
A college degree is required
No prior experience is necessary, although interest and exposure to the Commercial Real Estate sector are advantageous
Open to learning, receptive to feedback, and proactive in taking initiative
