Job Title: Territory Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at SRS Building Products - Georgetown. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including contractors and builders, to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with our inside sales support team and vendors to plan and execute promotions and product launches
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:

  • Proven success in sales, with a track record of managing a multi-million dollar territory
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation for local travel
