Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a key contact and liaison for customers, providing timely and professional assistance with their inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure every customer interaction is of the highest quality
  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner
  • Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls
  • Provide support on product selection and application
  • Coordinate customer service requests, including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit, and claims

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • A passion for customer service
  • Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact
  • 4+ years of experience preferred
  • 2-year or 4-year degree preferred

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $22.00 per hour, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability benefits, profit-sharing plans, 401(k) savings plan, paid vacation and sick days, paid holidays, community time off, predictable work schedules, employee recognition program, educational reimbursement, and career development programs.
