Role Description

Layman Distributing is a wholesale distributor looking for a Customer Service Liaison to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing critical customer support, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations.

As a Customer Service Liaison, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications is essential, as well as experience with data entry and field calls.

Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Manage data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain open communication with sales teams and clients regarding account information
  • Assist in implementing process improvements and ensuring efficient operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Data entry experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
