We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Partners Personnel, a nationwide light industrial staffing firm. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for seeking out new clients and building and maintaining strong, successful relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and opening new accounts
- Account management and relationship building
- Sales experience and proven track record in B2B sales
- Understanding of margins as they relate to the staffing industry
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Staffing Industry experience
- Competitive base salary up to $75k commensurate with experience
- Wide open sales territory
- Uncapped commission - THAT MEANS NO SUNSET CLAUSE
- KPI/Goal driven bonuses
- Car and trip incentives
