About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Mortgage Account Executive to join our team at Loan Depot Bakersfield. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a critical role in helping clients achieve their dream of homeownership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients to understand their unique financial situations and provide personalized financing solutions.
  • Lead clients through the home financing process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on mortgage products, rates, and market trends to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Build relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other professionals to generate referrals and new leads.
  • Analyze clients' financial profiles to identify the best home financing options.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the process.
Requirements
  • Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in line with NMLS requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex financing concepts to clients.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on hitting targets and closing deals.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure smooth, accurate transactions.
  • Comfortable with mortgage software and technology.
  • Proven problem-solving skills to identify and resolve client issues.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
