Position Summary:

Incentive: We are pleased to offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus for all new hires at the Service Technician level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain a diverse range of commercial food equipment, including cooking appliances, food preparation tools, ware washers, weigh wrap machines, baking units, and refrigeration systems.
  • Operate independently, departing from home each morning to service customer locations with minimal supervision.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly productivity and customer satisfaction targets while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Compensation: California law mandates the inclusion of pay information in job postings. The specific hiring rate will be determined based on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.

Salary Range: Competitive hourly rate based on experience, skills, and education.

Qualifications:

What You Bring:

  • A valid High School Diploma or GED along with 2-4 years of relevant electrical/mechanical experience.
  • Experience in commercial appliance service is preferred.
  • Refrigeration Certification is mandatory.
  • A valid Driver's License and the ability to drive for extended periods are required.
  • Willingness to work overtime and be on-call as necessary.
  • Must be able to participate in comprehensive training at our corporate headquarters.
